Consultation
The program starts with a comprehensive consultation to understand your goals, training history, and individual needs. This allows us to build a strong coach-athlete relationship and develop a personalized plan aligned with your long-term performance objectives.

Performance Evaluation
An in-person performance evaluation is conducted to assess your current physical condition, identify strengths and weaknesses, and gather key insights. This allows us to design a targeted program that meets your specific performance needs and goals.

Commencement
After your evaluation, your coach will design a tailored 12-week training program based on your strengths, weaknesses, and what you need to reach your goals. You’ll receive a clear breakdown of the focus areas, why they matter, and how the plan is built to help you improve and progress each week.

Duration
One-off strength and conditioning sessions don’t lead to real progress—they’re often a waste of time for both the athlete and the coach. That’s why our program requires a minimum 12-week commitment, giving us the time to build consistency, track growth, and deliver lasting, measurable results.

Program Fee
1:1 Coaching sessions are $100 per week.

Post-Program Assessment
At the end of the 12-week program, we’ll retest and evaluate your progress to measure the results of your training. This final assessment gives us a clear picture of your development and measurable results!
