Parents tell us the difference is structure: players know what to work on, and coaches communicate clearly.

Training that actually translates into game performance

Less “perfect drills.” More defenders, pressure, reads and decision-making.

Why most drills don’t translate to real games

In games, defenders move, plays break down, and decisions have to be made fast.

But a lot of training is done in slow, perfect, controlled reps.

That gap is why players “look good at training” but hesitate on game day.

Our sessions are built around game-like constraints: defenders, reads, pressure and feedback, so improvement shows up when it matters.

If your goal is making teams / more minutes / being trusted late in games, this is the kind of training that moves the needle.

Frequently asked questions

These are the exact questions parents ask before committing.

  • Not yet.

Please note: you’ll be assigned into a group after signup, and coaches may move you up/down so training stays challenging.

  • We train the things that decide games: reads, spacing, timing, finishing under contact, shooting under pressure, and decision-making with defenders.

That means players get used to game speed and learn how to execute when it’s messy, which is what games actually feel like.

  • Every player is different, but most families notice confidence and decision-making changes within the first month.

Big skill jumps (shooting consistency, handles under pressure, finishing) usually come from consistency over 8–16+ weeks.

  • Most players come 1–2 sessions/week; fastest progress typically comes from 2–3 sessions/week.

If your child is already doing club/rep training, we’ll help you choose a sustainable weekly load to avoid burnout.

  • Yes, when the group and coaching are right. We place players into skill-based groups, and sessions are structured to build fundamentals and confidence.

For younger players, we prioritise enjoyment + fundamentals while still teaching game concepts.

  • We have training facilities in West End and Underwood (Brisbane).

  • Ages 6–18.

  • Can I find out what group I'm in before I sign up?

We can’t confirm a group until we have your signup details and coach notes.

Once you’re in, coaches can move you up/down quickly so you’re always training at the right level.

  • What if I can't make all of the sessions?

    That’s totally fine — many families attend 1–2 sessions/week.

    Each group typically has:

    • 2 sessions in the afternoons during the week (between 4:30pm – 6:45pm)

    • 1 session on Saturday/Sunday morning (between 7am – 10am)

At our Underwood and West End locations.

  • Yes. If a player is under-challenged or overwhelmed, we adjust their group so progress stays consistent.

  • Up to 12 players per session.

  • 45 minutes.
