  • 🐰 BOUNCE PROGRAM 🐰

    This isn’t your average program. The Bounce program ran through our NXT Pro Academy is small group performance training built to directly improve your on-court athleticism, from your vertical jump, first-step explosiveness to lateral speed, agility, and overall power and strength.

  • Armour Program

    This all-in-one program combines in-person 1-on-1 coaching, a personalised nutrition plan, and online programming tailored to your goals. Whether it’s the off-season or in season this program covers every angle of your performance.

THE PROCESS

A behind-the-scenes look at what the training journey looks like inside our performance programs—from evaluation to results.

  1. FREE CONSULTATION

The program starts with a comprehensive consultation to understand your goals, training history, and individual needs. This allows us to build a strong coach-athlete relationship and develop a personalized plan aligned with your long-term performance objectives.

2. PERFORMANCE EVALUATION

An in-person performance evaluation is conducted to assess your current physical condition, identify strengths and weaknesses, and gather key insights. This allows us to design a targeted program that meets your specific performance needs and goals.

3. PERFORMANCE REVIEW

Following the evaluation, your performance coach will provide a comprehensive review identifying key areas for improvement and development. You’ll receive a structured, step-by-step plan outlining how we’ll enhance your physical capabilities and athleticism to help you achieve your goals efficiently and effectively.

4. PROGRAM COMMENCEMENT

Once you’ve committed to the program, your selected training program will officially commence the following week. You’ll receive a Pre-Program Results Sheet outlining your evaluation findings, key goals, and focus areas. Alongside your in-person coaching, you’ll also be provided with weekly online programming designed to support your individual progress between sessions and keep you on track throughout the program.

5. PROGRAM FEATURES

Programs run for 12 weeks, combining weekly in-person sessions with tailored online programming. The online training is designed to be completed in your own time, ensuring consistent development and maximising results throughout the program. If you're enrolled in the Armour Program, you’ll also receive customised weekly meal plans to support your training, recovery, and overall progress.

6. POST PROGRAM EVALUATION

Upon completion of the program, we will conduct a comprehensive Post-Program Evaluation with the athlete. This session includes a detailed review of assessment results, measurable improvements, and overall progress achieved over the 12 weeks. It also provides an opportunity to reflect on the training journey, discuss ongoing goals, and outline recommended next steps for continued development.
