ONLINE TRAINING

Not sure what to work on when you're training alone?
Maximise your solo training with one guided online session each week and customised strength & conditioning programming.

THE METHOD

1. CONSULTATION

This consultation helps us get to know the player both on and off the court, identifying strengths, weaknesses, goals, and long-term/short term aspirations to build the right path forward.

2. PLAYER EVALUATION

Coach will guide the player through standardised testing to assess their current level and provide clear direction for their development moving forward.

3. PLAYER PROFILE

Based on the evaluation and consultation, a personalised training program, both in-person and online, will be carefully designed to fit the player’s needs and goals.

4. PROGRAM

The player will follow their tailored training program each week with their assigned coach.

5. TESTING

In the final week of the program, players will be evaluated across key areas to measure their progress and improvements.

6. REVIEW

An exit meeting will be held with the player to review the program’s successes and challenges, and to outline the next steps moving forward if they wish to continue.
